4. Building Base Requirements
- Customers are responsible for preparing a suitable, level, and stable base to support the metal structure.
- Metal Garage Ltd is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect or inadequate base preparation.
5. Warranty Coverage
- We provide a one-year warranty covering manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship.
- This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, alteration, or improper handling.
6. Rust-Free Guarantee
- With appropriate maintenance, metal sheets are covered by a 20-year rust-free warranty from the manufacturer.
7. Warranty Exclusions
- The warranty does not cover natural wear and tear, user modifications, or damage from external forces.
8. Damage Claims
- Any product damage must be reported immediately upon delivery, accompanied by clear photographic evidence.
- Verified claims will be resolved by replacement of damaged parts at no cost.
9. Natural Disasters
- We are not liable for damages caused by weather events or natural disasters (e.g. storms, floods, fire, etc.).
10. Safety Warning
- Some materials may have sharp edges or pose hazards during handling. Use proper safety precautions.
- We accept no responsibility for personal injuries incurred through improper handling.
11. Product Use
- Our products should be used in accordance with intended purpose and safety standards.
12. Assumption of Risk

13. Self-Assembly Responsibility

16. Residue Disclaimer
- Drilling during self-assembly may leave metal fragments or residue. This is normal for steel products and may cause minor rust staining over time.
17. Electrical Work
- We do not supply or install electrical components or provide certification. Any electrical work must be arranged independently.
